Chypons Farm is set in a wooded valley just outside St Ives. We're also close to Penzance, St Michaels Mount, Marazion and its beaches, Carbis Bay and the sweeping 4 miles of beaches near Hayle. Once a farm, these 300 year old granite buildings have been converted into four holiday lets and a self-contained B&B suite.
Farm Cottage and Waterside Cottage each sleep up to 4 guests, whilst River Cottage and The Barn have room for 3 guests.
Dogs are welcome in both The Barn and Farm Cottage.

Quiet and rural, yet near St Ives
Located in a peaceful, rural spot, amongst the trees and rolling countryside, but close to the St Ives to Penzance road, with lively St Ives only a short drive or bus journey away. The Engine Inn can be reached on foot, with it's cosy bar serving meals and a large beer garden overlooking the valley.

Whether you want to relax on one of the many beaches, walk in the countryside or on the South West Coastal Path, or visit St Ives and West Cornwall's many other attractions, Chypons Farm is in a perfect, central location.

The Barn and Farm Cottage both accept dogs, with lovely dog walks straight from your door.
The South Coast
As well as easy access to the north coast, from Hayle and St Ives to Sennen and Lands End, head south from Chypons Farm and you'll soon be in Marazion, overlooking St Michaels Mount, Penzance, or along the road to Mousehole, Porthcurno and the Minack Theatre. A little further south takes you to Praa Sands, Helston and The Lizard.
